Welcome to ExitMaze! These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the ExitMaze web game at exitmaze.online (the "Service"). By playing, creating or joining a room, or using chat, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
ExitMaze is a free, browser-based multiplayer maze-racing party game. No account is required: you pick a display name and avatar, join a room, and race. Rooms and matches exist only while being played; we do not maintain player profiles.
You may type a display name and chat messages. You keep ownership of what you write; you grant us permission to display it to other players in your room while the room exists. We may remove content or disconnect players that violate these Terms. Don't submit anything you wouldn't want strangers in your room to see — messages are not encrypted and are visible to everyone in the room.
The game, its code, design, and this website are owned by the operator of ExitMaze. You get a personal, revocable permission to play — not to copy, re-host, sell, or create derivative works from the game.
The Service is free because it shows ads served by Google AdSense, including ads shown between game rounds. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings. We also use Umami, a cookieless analytics service, to understand aggregate usage (pages, events) without tracking individuals.
The Service is provided as-is and as-available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it — including rooms, features, or the whole game — at any time, without notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted play, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of ExitMaze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
